Kumbukumbu

The Zine Kumbukumbu tells two stories from Frederic's childhood and is dedicated to his mother, who passed away 10 years ago.
The first story is about a day in Tanzania with his siblings on a hot and sunny day. As you can imagine, it doesn't take long before they get caught up in some mischief.
The second story is about his mother shortly after Frederic was born. This was a story he loved being told as a child: the life of a young East African mother in rural Bayreuth with a German partner.
